NetChat is a peer-to-peer local network messaging and communications system for Windows which does not require a server to be running for use. It allows you to chat in real-time with other users on a secure and private local network connection.

IP Monitor displays a computer's name and IP address in a window. If notification features are turned on, when the IP address changes, it can be sent to an email address and/or an FTP server to notify of the changes.
