i have used this software for many years my pc whent down and when i tried to use the key which was given to me many years ago it would not work so i emailed them asking for a new key which they would not as they said they didnt have my email on records when i showed the a email which was sent to them back in 2007 telling them that my email had changed has i had been lockec out they still would not give me a key and said i would after buy another one so all i can say the after sales is rubbish you will get punished for there short commings so rember its not 30 dollars for life it could be 30 dollars every time you try to reinstall on you computer
