BS1 General Ledger is a shareware application used to create financial statements of various types for a company. It analyses the budget and all the financial deals and data to produce various statements like income statement, trial balance sheet, general ledger reports and the final balance sheets for the company in short as well as detailed formats. The main features of this application software are options for user defined statements and automatic default statements, Option of sub-accounts of various branches, sections, etc. Automatic reverse entries of journals, automatic generation of opening and closing balances at the end and beginning of the year, etc. This application can also show the GL account report on the screen. It can give the detailed information of a journal voucher. It can send its report to the MS Excel file format. User can open more than one period or year at a time. Manual period end closing is not required in this application. It can simultaneously work for more than one company. It also helps the new users with getting started wizard.
