Pros: CRM-Express is an application that helps manage all aspects of customer relationship management. Marketing, customers, sales and orders, customer service are the aspects that can be managed easily with this piece of software. Features that help manage these aspects include email client, calendar, address book, my work day, news feeds, meeting planner, company library, form designer, journal etc. Text messaging/SMS are integrated to help communicate easily with customers. CRM-Express is now fully re-entrant, multi-user and network enabled. Multiple users are allowed to connect simultaneously to address book, calendar or creating quotes, orders or invoices.

A full featured task management system is available. Any number of tasks can be created and assigned to a user. The tasks can be transferred to other users. Manage all information related to contacts like faxes, invoices, orders, contracts, etc. Files can be stored in various formats like eml, pdf, avi, jpg, doc, xls, etc. It manages the complete work flow, from quotes to orders, invoices. These events are treated as a Sales state or Sales Status and the user can transform to the next event without needing to re-enter the information in the document. Planning of meetings with scheduler, reminders and calendar support is easy. Time management is supported by "my work day" display, calendar, notebook, etc. You are able to see Emails, Faxes, Memos, SMS messages, etc., sent or received from a specific contact with a few clicks through the integrated communication features. Reporting and printing is quite flexible. You are able to get a snapshot of business easily at any time. Sales performance or management reports are available quickly in the form that you want.

Cons: Nothing adverse noticed. Like all other such integrated applications it need substantial effort on the part of the user to keep the data entered properly to get the best results.
