Pros: This application provides a time management solution that can be used for several companies in a group to be able to get a look at the bigger picture. At the same time it is possible to drill down to individual data if need be. Data is available in real time and takes care of different working times and shifts if it is implemented.

This is a software that allows your organization to electronically collect and track accurate workforce data. This system automates the management, collection, and distribution of all employees hours in real-time. With Easy Time Tracking Software, employee time-keeping is fast and efficient.

The interface is nice. A set of easily understandable icons and a simple set of menus around the display area make the application easy to use. There’s a set wizards that take care of most settings.

Cons: It is not very clear how this package would interact with accounting and HR systems of an enterprise. No apparent export methods seem to exist. Without this particular integration possibility, it will get reduced to taking paper reports out of this system and entering details into another system. That’s not going to be very convenient. Performance scaling could be a concern. Data integrity, rollback and data back ups will need to be thought through.

Overall: A well designed application with fairly easy interface that has little learning time it is rated at 4 stars.
