Pros: This entry - level solution for individuals and small businesses offers user-friendly interface with functionality required for small size organizations. Free Edition saves both your time and money. The free edition is obviously the edition of choice for SME, out of the several packages available in this series. It provides time management solution that is easy to administer and is proof against misuse. Buddy punching is eliminated. The solution works with a range of time capture devices, including the recent ones that depend of biometric recognition. It is the key to proficient and successful time tracking and management in your workplace. The application helps make the whole time & attendance capture issue efficient thereby saving expenses and easing the routine processes of payroll and so on. It offers major time tracking features at no cost so that when the need grows one has an upgrade path in the same product. All the data is captured in a internal database so that time differences at distant locations does not cause a problem at all. The interface is built on the familiar Outlook style so that there is very little learning time required.
