Pros: Excel Invoice Manager is a billing & invoicing software based on Excel invoice template. It is quite flexible. The flexibility extends to both the frond end and back end of the solution. This seamless integration helps create a optimized tool for small and medium enterprises. Use of Excel invoice templates/forms allows you to easily customize the fonts, colors, images, locations, even the formulas, with the tools provided by Excel. Database Designer on the backend, allows adding custom fields to the Customer, Invoice Header, Invoice Body and Product tables. You could download added customized templates so that you could choose one that suits you best. You could even have multiple templates open at the same time. Create invoices in true what-you-see-is-what-you-get invoice template. You could create templates to suit your style with the familiar tools available in Excel. All other billing activities can be complete without going out of the MS Office environment. A powerful search bar available in all the main windows customers, products etc. helps create invoices easier. Search criteria like Is Less Than, Is Greater Than, Contains, Starts With, Ends With, Equals makes searching effective. Manage customers, products, invoices and payments easily. Unlimited number of companies and databases could be created easily.
