Inovice Ace is a simple Invoicing system for small businesses. It allows for none VAT/tax registed operation and VAT/tax registered companies. Currency and tax can be changed to your countries spec. Invoice Ace can generate many useful reports, including 'Outstanding Debts Report', 'Turnover Report', 'VAT Report' and the ability to automatically generate reminder letters for all customers overdue payment. You can perform enquiries on a specific customer, either viewing a customers entire history, or search for an invoice containing a specific word for one customer or all customers. Invoices are posted and then assigned cash to the invoice once payment is received, so you can see the status of an invoice, eg posted but not paid, part paid or paid.

You do not really need to have the top accounting software with hundreds of features to do something so simple as invoicing – you need to have software made for your need, and that would really work best for you. Invoice Ace is your friend to help your need to invoice your customers. The program is small footprint and big on features. It may be used to create invoices, track payments, print reminder notices, keep track of received payments, and print VAT reports. The program interface tries to make the boring invoicing experience differ by having an uncluttered interface, but then too the whole experience requires a bit of a learning curve. The software supports user accounts, thus enhancing the Windows User Switching concept a step further into software, too. Try it out, you would keep it.
