Charge your customers individually, preferred customers can be given a different rate easily. Different tax rate, charge tax to customer or don`t charge it is all up to you. Add a individual message or a thank you line at the bottom of your invoice. Ticket and or invoice tracking is available so that you know when a issue is closed or an invoice is paid. Open invoices can be tracked by customer for easy follow up. Vendor/ supplier bills could be tracked as easily/ Utility bills could be tracked so that you do not fall behind on them.

Cons: The program still has bugs apparently particularly related to the user interface. Icons on the toolbar vanish and reappear on their own.
