Besides being an employee evaluation template, the application manages internally all the algorithms that are necessary for the process to be a flexible evaluation process. These are the financial perspective, customers’ perspective, internal perspective and the learning and growth perspectives The financial perspective helps look at generating revenues, return on investments, profitability, etc. services or product quality, visual presence on the market, customers satisfaction, price management, etc. are the details that come from the customers’ perspective. Internal perspective elements include internal productivity, cost efficiency, relations between organizational departments, etc. Developing employee capabilities, job succession plan, etc. constitute the learning and growth perspective. Performance evaluation follow based on these perspectives developed. The performance review templates come into action at this point. The business goals are translated into the KRIs and individuals evaluated against those KRIs.
