It enables facility and property managers to receive requests from their tenants and office staffs solicit bids, and dispatch work orders to building maintenance contractors, suppliers etc. This software allows you to manage every aspect of your property portfolio through one simple to use application. It has an excellent option called “The Program Tenant” module which maintains tenant data - name, address, SSN, property occupied, rent paid, family members/other occupants, photos, history of requests/complains and notes. You can add new property in a fast and simple way which is very important for the landlords or the managers handling multiple units.
