I have used this software for about three years now for a small charity. It is a great piece of software which is oerfectly adequate for its purpose, and more importantly for a charity it is free! Thank you and well done to the developers. I will be downloading a personal copy for myself today!

Does exactly what I need it to do. Creates invoices with customised templates, put payments against invoices, create customer statements. And it`s free :)

I had been looking for invoicing software that was not only free, but useful. Most of the others that I tried forced me to use an auto inventory list, which I didn`t need. For being in the transportation business, I needed something where I could type the services for transporting goods in each line, and this program allows for that. Plus, it automatically numbers each line, which is something I wanted but had been doing manually in my other program. I also like that it allows ME to choose which invoice # to start off with. It has way more than I need, but that is a good thing. The interface is very different than what I`m used to, but doesn`t take long to figure it out. My search is over. Thank you!

Very simple to use and produces all the invoices my businsee requires. The program is also small enough to cary on a data stick, so i can carry it all over the ountry

A simple and easy to use programme and perfect for a small business - if it has a downside, it is the need to change your regional settings if you want to invoice in a different currency - a pain but a small one

I am copying a response asking for the key to use this FREE software and telling them that several reviews had complained about customer service not sending the key or responding to emails, a fair question. This is the response that a JEFF KEITH sent: 1) Our FREE!!! XS Invoicing software is based on an automated registration process and we have had about 15,000 businesses worldwide take advantage of this. However because of ISP`s blocking attachments etc, etc, etc... The process is not bullet proof, and therefore we have always, I repeat always, sent keys whenever anyone has requested it via direct email (normally people are very appreciative of this). 2) We have never charged for both the product and any support we have provided. Finally, It does seem clear to me that XS Invoicing is not suitable for your business, and therefore I will not be responding with a key (as instructed), and suggest that you find another product and company to deal with.
