Pros: EverybodyInn is a Windows software application that makes it easy to manage reservations and bookings at your bed-and-breakfast, guesthouse, or a small hotel. Carefully designed for the small B&B, hotel, or guesthouse it is very intuitive to use. There are not too many options and "features" that are too sophisticated for use in a small establishment. It has easy-to-use and familiar interface. Built on the style of Microsoft Excel or Outlook, this will come naturally to end users. While other hotel management systems are often overwhelming, full of complex features the small B&B or hotel doesn`t need, Never accidentally double-book again. EverybodyInn will not let you make two bookings for the same room on the same day. Provide better service to your most valuable repeat guests. It prevents double-booking, keeps track of repeat guests` preferences and special requests, and automatically recalculates a guest`s rate if the reservation is changed (to another room or date). The reservation data can be exported to Excel or other spreadsheets for analysis and reports. The visual interface with color coded information lets you see the overall picture in just one glance.

Cons: This is a version 1.0 release so beware, problems are likely.
