VbDoc is an original tool generating technical documentation out of Visual Basic programs. Its concept is very simple and consists in extracting comments out of your programs and writing them in HTML format. All you have to do is to get your comments started with easily memorizable tags. By this way, you get a value-added documentation, worth readable outside the VB environment.
