An Add-In for Microsoft Word for Windows 95 and 97. It consists of a database of names, addresses and fax numbers that automates the process of writing letters, faxes and envelopes under Word. The approach is different to other similar utilities in that it uses variables that are defined in your Word templates, in the places you want the data to be inserted. The lite version is free, while the Pro version adds unlimited database size, up to 8 additional user defined fields, the ability to create Mail Merge data documents and a powerful Import/ExportWizard.
