Pros: Belltech Business Card Designer Pro helps design and print business cards from professional quality business card templates and logos in minutes. After design is done getting them printed on any Windows compatible printer is absolutely a straightforward job. Particularly since this program supports papers from Avery, Sigel, DECAdry, Herma, Formtec and others.

Graphics and background images could be used creatively to create great looking business cards. Logo, art work, text, shadow, color like design elements can be used to create, change, modify, start all over again until the design is satisfactory. Add to this mix the standard cut/copy/paste of an editor and multi level undo/redo and a flexible editor is at your service. Image editing features in the application help refine the logos and other images being used. Rotation of text, shapes and images and the ability to add color blend and textures help creating professional designs. Designs can be in horizontal or vertical format.

The final card can be saved as a high resolution image or a PDF file for getting a print done in a outside shop, usually for the production run of a few hundred cards. Image formats supported are BMP, JPG, PNG and GIF. For printing locally parameter settings can be done on the paper selected and the cutting/cropping needs.

Cons: templates collection is really large. But without some true graphical tools to create one’s own graphic design the design choices are limited. One can try variations on the given themes only. This is not very satisfactory, particularly in the professional context this is positioned at.
