The features available in the publisher’s standard version of the program are available in this package besides the network based operation. The reservation and customer management is based on paper, pen and a diary metaphor yet it is suitable for not only small cozy bar or a chain of establishments. The application allows changing time intervals and allows creating numerous profiles and lets you view multiple schedules providing fair amount of flexibility. One of the major value add one provide if the establishment can remember customer preferences and special issues like allergy triggers and important dates like birthdays/anniversaries etc. This application helps you do that with comprehensive data navigation and set of reminders. Making notes about personal likings such as food choices or even things like table location could make customers feel that special touch and convert them to repeat customers quite easily.

The server module helps set up back up and restore schedules, it’s the client modules through which reservations are made and client data entries made. These client stations can be distributed over the organization within a single building or even dispersed over many. The auto back up ensures no data loss. Overall access protection is through passwords. Schedule data can be exported to other applications in MS Outlook, XML, HTML, XLS and TXT.
