Easy Card Creator Enterprise offers a choice of making and managing of photo ID of all employees. Tools are available for the graphic design, logo design and photo & text layout related to photo id cards, business cards, badges and labels etc. All the operations required to create a layout and finish with a print ready format are available.

Pros: The design steps start with a layout design. Several templates are available to make the start up easier. One could add newer templates easily too. Graphic and Drawing tools required for the job are arranged on toolbars at the top and by the left side of the screen. Tools are intuitive, has labels that show up on rolling over the icon and are kind of right for the job.

Design screen is nicely divided into a graphics area, a text area where the relevant text of an employee is displayed. A third area shows print dimensions of the card created. So one has a clear idea of not only how the card is going to look but also the relevant print dimensions.

Employee data can be imported from any ODBC compliant database and unlimited amount of data can be imported this way.

Overall: There are several tools available that can do the job quite well. But if you do not have access to these and need the Id, business, badge or similar card printing related requirements, this could be an affordable option. While it is not a general graphic design tool, it does its job of a limited domain very well. A 4 star level certainly.
