PowerForms is a Microsoft PowerPoint add-in that takes the work and uncertainty out of creating and filling in standard PowerPoint presentations. Working from within the familiar Microsoft PowerPoint interface, PowerForms makes it easy to create new presentation models, modify existing ones, and fill models with the appropriate information. By standardizing and automating your standard presentation processing, productivity increases, printing expenses decrease, and errors become less and less frequent.
PowerForms uses a simple, intuitive interface. All of your model presentation creation and filling takes place within Microsoft PowerPoint. Indicate the parts of the presentation that contain variable information. In minutes, you'll have a standard presentation that can be used consistently throughout the office.
To fill in a presentation model, simply click the PowerForms icon on the PowerPoint toolbar. The program keeps all previously entered values, so you can select and reuse them with a single click. When you have entered all of the data, the presentation can be saved, printed, and treated like any other standard PowerPoint presentation.

PowerForms helps the creation and filling of model PowerPoint presentations that you can easily customize using user defined variable fields.
Pros: Quite often a model, standardized presentation could be used by a lot of people that require only a few changes in the model to create a new one. This could be for an office manager who wants to standardize presentation to used by office staff. A sales manager, for example, may want a standardized presentation to be done by every sales person on the field. Maybe even a sales representative who wants to save time when the same is the customized for another customer. In all such cases only a few pieces of information needs to change and if the could be marked up then the model together with a file that contains the required values of the marked up fields can simply update the presentation. Powerforms lets you do all of that. This is the mail-merge kind of operation of a PowerPoint file. This would save a lot of printing where typically someone would print out an earlier presentation and try create a new one out of that. Quite often secretaries or even data entry people may be able to create a new one easily. Particularly where a boilerplate is available such as surveys, medical insurance or proposals.
The user interacts in the familiar PowerPoint environment. The application installs just a toolbar that actually provide the required functionality. Indicate the parts of the presentation that contain variable information. And a standard presentation is done that can be used by a team of people. To fill in a presentation model, simply click the PowerForms icon on the PowerPoint toolbar. The values to be entered are available on the forms presented. Choose the field and click to enter an existing value or change the same. The process command completes the substitutions automatically. When you have entered all of the data, the presentation can be saved, printed, and treated like any other PowerPoint presentation.
Cons: Beware of the version 1.0 of course.
Overall this is rated at 3 stars.
