Features: School Software Pack is a pack of some ready to use database solutions. These solutions include School Library System, Textbook Manager, Tool/Equipment Tracking System, Inventory System, Teacher Organizer, Visitor Organizer, Amigo (Calendar/Reminder) and over 100 database templates. Once you are familiar with one solution you`ll be able to use the others as easily. The software license is quite flexible. It can be installed on any number of computers in the school. Users can be unlimited within the same school. Teachers, employees can even have the software installed on their home machines. The functional modules included make the daily operations of the school that much easier. Templates can be used to develop further solutions for your school.
Textbook Organizer module lets you manage text books for school districts and schools. The library organizer lets you manage the books in the library easily. Be it the cataloging of the books, searching of a title, or managing the circulation of titles out of the library, managing member information and collecting the circulation data are all managed easily. School Tool/Equipment Tracking System facilitates the use of inventory database for schools that want to track tool/equipment of the school. Teacher Organizer lets the school administrators manage data of teachers involved in the school. The address/contact manager provided lets you keep track of all contacts and addresses. Amigo is a calendar solution to manage events and reminders. Visitors data are managed through the visit or management solution provided.
