DEAR sniperight people please dont abandon the people that loved and paid for your software. This WAS by far the best ebay snipe software on the market and i would have paid alot more than what i did for it if only to keep it around!! It saved me soooo much money and time it was worth it!! Where did you go sniperight people your customers were willing to support you yet you just abandon use with software that is now useless without a word... or even so much as a goodbye?!?!

I found this software a few years ago and it was great- then I tried to use it again a few months ago, and it won`t authenticate! The developers must have abandoned it- while it worked, it was the best I ever had.

while it works it is OK but when it stops authenticating you with its server which is inevitable, you have lost your money. there is no support, and your emails will never be responded to. think this is some kind of sour grapes? then just google the subject. of 16,432 EX sniperight users, only one claims to have received a reply to an email but not a resolution to the problem. I have actually won 3 bids with this software so I am not as unlucky as some whos program failed on first use.

The program worked fine initially. But shortly after I paid for it, it is impossible to log in to the server and there is absolutely ZERO reply from the company as far a solution to the problem is concerned. As far as I am concerned: it is a complete RIP OFF.

when it inevitably stops working, there is no support and your emails will never receive a reply - just google the subject to find thousands of ripped off customers
