A-PDF Watermark is a fast desktop utility program that lets you add images and texts watermark to a batch of Acrobat PDF documents.

Pros: A-PDF Watermark is a desktop utility for adding watermark to PDF documents. You are able to watermark a bunch of PDF documents in one go as it is a batch processor. The top area of the interface that lets you add the files you want to process. To avoid any confusion the area has only the controls related to file selections. You are able to select a folder-full of documents or individual PDFs to add in the list. Items to be used as watermark can be text items or images.

Second area in the interface is about controlling the watermarks. You select if you want text string or graphic designs or images and shapes such as lines/rectangles/circle etc. Text can be static or dynamic. Dynamic text is called macros in the program and several parameters can be used as the watermark string. These include author name, document name and other metadata such as the date and/or time the document was created and so on. There are two sets of editing facilities. One is tailored for text while the other one is with image. The edit tools have positioning controls whereby you can specify if lower/upper left/right and some other specified positions can be selected. You can specify margins too. In case of images you can specify if you want the image as fit to size or stretched to margins. Both cases specify transparency to get the effect you want. Choose the unit system you want to work with on the same settings page. You can select a style from the set given also. Image formats that can be handled include TIFF, JPEG, JPEG 2000, GIF, BMP, PNG, ICO, WMF, EMF etc. Images can be company logos, signatures, product pictures or any artwork in image formats. Adobe Acrobat is not required and documents produced can be read Acrobat Reader Version 5 and above.
