No time need to be wasted for misplaced documents either! Use the solution over multiple departments of your organization. It lets you maintain established processes that your organization may have.

Document tags are used to store and classify documents for easier retrieval later. Document profile cards display document data, index fields, versions, attached documents, and meta information. Multiple documents can be attached to a document profile and they can be saved and used to create standardized documents later. Document version control and tracking ensures there’s no version mix-up. Folders view gives you an intuitive document organization and allows movement of documents across folders as well as renaming of documents and folders. Public an private folders can control sharing and ad-hoc workflow. Indexing is helped by the ability to fill database fields to documents & folders using the data profile card, add custom index templates, mandatory fields ensure that documents cannot be scanned without indexing and conversion to standard formats. TWAIN compatible scanning, OCR support, mandatory metadata specification and generation are some useful features. Some amount of noise removal is possible.
