PDF Reader is a free program to view, modify and print PDF files. It is very small, only about 2 MB to download. You can open, view, zoom and print PDF files. You can also modify PDDF files (but you can not save them in the free version).
Features: PDF Reader lets you view, modify and print PDF files. You can open, view, zoom and print PDF files. You can also edit the PDF file with this application, but the free version does not let you save the edit changes. You can add, change and delete text and pictures and print it out. The program is a reliable alternative to Adobe Acrobat software. You are able to modify a file and get it printed without Acrobat being available. Most readers available does not let you do that. The modifications that you can do include addition of notes, free texts, stamps, links etc. While the "text" tool lets you add these simple, vector and format text, a link can be added by the "annotations/forms" tool. You are able to add shapes and lines of different colors with the "graphics" tool.
Editing features includes addition of images and editing them. You are able to choose aspect ratio, transparency color and tolerance. The interface can be customized to one of six available styles. Several language versions of the interface also is possible to be configured.
Overall: A good PDF reading program but more importantly it is one that lets you edit the document. When handling large files it tends to get a little slow.
