An electronic coloring book that has a large set of plants for easy drawing.
Pros: This is a very easy and fun application for young children. This is a coloring book program. With this one, there are lots and lots of plants and flowers to color and is exactly like the coloring books on paper that children are used to. The figures have enclosed areas that can be colored. Color choices are made on the color pads on the borders of the screen area. Once a primary color has been chosen a range of shades of the same color is made available around the periphery of the drawing area. The child then needs to click on the draw button to pick the color brush. After that it is intuitive. One dips the tool in the shade of color required and take it to the drawing. Select an area and click the brush on to it, the area gets painted in the same color. The figures are drawn of closed areas so that once clicked the whole area gets filled by the color chosen. If the child makes a mistake, simply click on the clear button. The whole thing is simple and natural and follows almost the same process as the coloring to be done on paper. The typical plants to be colored are common ones and include AlfaAlfa, Apple Blossoms, Asparagus, Bluebell, Bluebonnet, Caladium, Carnations, Chrysanthemum, Clover, Daffodil, Daisies, Dogwood Tree, Fern, Fir Trees, Foxglove, Gayfeathers, Giant Sequoia, Gladiolus, Golden Raintree, Hibiscus, Holly, Iris, Japanese Maple, Lily, Magnolia, Mountain Laurel, Orange Blossoms, Orchids, Pansies, Pear Blossoms, Petunias, Poinsettia, Poppy, Prickly Pear, Primrose, Redbud Tree, Red Maple Tree, Redwood Trees, Roses, Saguaro, Seaweed, Snowflake, Sunflower, Sycamore Tree, Tiger Lily, Tulips, Venus Flytrap, Violets, Weeping Willow, and White Oak Tree.
Cons: Cannot think of any negatives here.
Overall: This is such a simple and delightful tool for play. This is 5 star rate material without a doubt.
