Advanced Call Center is an advanced tool that will convert your desktop in a real time phone answering center.
Bring all the services you need on a phone line right on your desktop with this tool that will convert your system into a real time phone answering machine. The capabilities of the tool renders all possible phone line services like; call monitoring and logging, Caller ID with pop-ups and voice alerts, "white" and "black" lists, customizable and personalized greetings, and conversation recording. The other features of the tool are; sending call notifications to your pager and voice messages via e-mails, talking caller-id alert, voice announcements, recording of phone calls to WAV files, custom ring sounds and on-hold music, notifies emails and pagers, allows call forwarding and also supports an address book and dialer too.
The advanced tool with its maximum functionality easily integrates with the regular sound card and doesn't require an extra speaker attached to the modem.
