Features: JoyFax Server acts as the one point fax management point. Sending and receiving faxes is through this one server. This server connects to the public phone network. Individual users need not have as many fax connections. This Fax software also can offer the ability to manage your group faxing and the fax contact lists. The Fax server receives incoming faxes. They can be printed locally or they are sent as emails to users. Outgoing fax jobs are submitted to the server from Joyfax Clients. These clients could be running on the workstations or terminal server clients(Windows Remote Desktop or Citrix Client). The server notifies the clients when an incoming fax is received. It is also notified of the status of the outgoing fax request.

The server can handle up to 16 fax modems. Fax images can be acquired through scanners and sent over to the server. Fax routing is automatic. Fax to email ensures the faxes get delivered automatically to the addressee directly. Public address book managed by the server ensures that addresses need not be duplicated at the clients. PDF to fax is supported. Fax broadcasting is supported too. Database engine is built-in into the application. With the client server arrangement many application such as OA, CRM or ERP is able to send out faxes directly to the server. Read tracking is available. Security policies could be implemented and enforced.
