Pros: RelayFax Network Fax Manager provides you all the means of managing faxes over a network. You are able to send, receive faxes through the network fax server. The functionalities are integrated with your e-mail system. You can send and receive unlimited number of faxes and there are no recurring service charges for the management functionalities. The RelayFax can connect to any number of POP mailboxes. It`ll do so at scheduled intervals. It`ll collect the waiting fax messages and then send them as emails or faxes or to the printer as defined by the user. These fax rules can be configured as required. Incoming faxes are converted into images and formats such as TIFF, JPEG and BMP are supported. The documents can be changed into searchable documents by doing optical character recognition (OCR) module that is available inside the program. Document formats of DOC and PDF are supported.
