Relay Fax Server allows one to fax using one’s computer. One can both send and receive faxes using the internet. It has a lot of features like sending the same fax to several recipients at one go. It can also route fax messages based on the number of the sender using its Caller Identification feature. One can also integrate the addresses from Outlook Express within the address book of this program. This helps in saving a lot of time as one does not have to look up Outlook Express separately to find out the fax numbers of contacts. One can also set up the program in such a way that specific faxes can be sent at a future time and date. This function can come in handy whole sending international faxes to a different time zone or sending fax messages at a particular moment – like faxing someone a birthday greeting card at the stroke of midnight or early in the morning.
