Pros: CheckbookEase Premium is an excellent budget monitoring software that allows the users track monthly budget and schedule their expenses. As the session begins user is greeted with a form that exhibits three sections – the bank accounts list that contains list of bank accounts, the transaction entry form that is used to input transactions and a bank registry that records transactional events. Users can create brand new credit and debit accounts and plan their corresponding expenses in terms of monthly, bi-monthly and weekly budgets. Category list for budgets include several categories of common expenses like fixed expenses, gasoline and so on. Budget sub-categories allow for storing periodic and overall expenses on each of the budgets as per their chosen periods. Hitting the ‘Enter’ button automatically deducts the balance amount from ‘Disposable Cash’ value. Transaction entry allows for recording transactions belonging to various categories and then automatically appends the amount to the pre-selected debit card account. Transferring money allows fund transfer between various bank accounts and transaction gets recorded for both the transferor and transferee. This option can also be used to transfer funds to the entire budgetary expenses for a given month. CheckbookEase Premium is basically intended to prevent the users running out of their budgets and allows them to track expenses; provided they master interacting with this software. The calendar and calculator functionality provides quick calculation and selecting dates. Passwords completely personalize this utility thereby privatizing your monetary plans and schedules. Users can choose from over 20 backgrounds to sooth their eyes. User manuals and online video tutorials will help the user thoroughly educate them with this slightly complex software.
