This software lets you manage invoices completely for your business. The control buttons are organized in a workflow fashion and are color coded too. Thus it would be very easy for beginners. Enter/view invoices are indicated to have four controls in the manage group. These are order book, sales by customer, sales by product, sales by category. Thus if you want to know any of these specific category details, it is just a click away. You can enter customer payments and remind customers or chase aged invoices. Settings, customer/product/category databases are all accessible from the main screen. Second level screens are also easy to understand. The package is customizable and deployed over a network easily. There are no extra costs involved. Working with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook is easy, it also makes it easy to email invoices, reports as PDF attachments.
Tracking orders and the fulfillment dates in the current day/week/month is easily visible so that you do not miss a customer shipment. You can attach saved emails or scanned documents to the orders for the customerís ready reference. Similarly tracking income from customer payments, in full or in part are tracked easily. When creating invoices, tax dues are calculated as required in the form of sales tax or VAT. Standard discount rates and payment terms can be set up on a per customer basis. You would be able to see at a glance, customersí contact details, account balances and full transaction histories. Many such invoicing products give you additional features in terms of managing inventory and such other aspects of your business. However, this package does its job well.
