Customers database, products & services database are fully editable. Dates have 4 digits in the year field to avoid any issues later, One can use the calendar to select an invoice date or just type it in. Bills can be mailed to separate e-mail addresses easily. For a professional look to the invoices users can add the company logo to the stationary. Print sales messages or comments on all invoices. PDF & HTML support, email your invoices or reports in PDF or HTML format. Access is controlled by password for security.

Partial searches on customers, products, invoices, helps find the right items quickly. Different currency symbols can be used for invoices to different companies.
