Pros: This is a calculator that could be integrated into a website quite easily. You can easily integrate the calculators into your website`s layout. The package contains Installation and Integration instructions. It is a very small footprint code package, the whole thing is just 280 KB. The input panel is simple enough. You simply provide the amount of the loan, interest rate, term, start date of the mortgage, property tax and insurance. When you input all the data, it calculates your monthly payments showing how much is credited to the principal loan and to interest. Loan summary shows four items monthly principal and interest to be paid, total payments towards principal & interest over the loan term, total interest paid and the pay-off date. An amortization schedule is created that shows total interest paid, principal amount paid at the end of each year of the mortgage term.
