Features: Cafe Server is timing and billing software. It can help keep an account of customers wherever computers are rented on the basis of time. Establishments such as Internet cafes, game clubs, hotels, hostels, information centers etc. All the computers in the establishment are monitored all the time. Starting, shut down or reboot of individual machines can be controlled centrally. Unauthorized use is not possible. Rate of billing is set by the administrator including any tax if applicable.
You can arrange to have different discount schedules for your preferred customers. Administration of payments through prepaid cards also is possible. Paper pages printed by customers are also managed. If you need to you can account for other services too. The application helps with collection statistical data. Sales could be reviewed easily. You can arrange to charge in two currencies. If necessary, for further processing, the data can be exported to other programs. The server operates under Windows, 2000, XP or Vista. Clients can operate under all these environments and Linux as well to take care of your machines that run Linux.
