The application is supported by four databases and a designer module. The designer module helps customize/fine tune the included databases. The databases are for common elements in the above systems. These have minimum number of fields and include databases like Items, borrowers, loan database and a database called Fine. Items database helps manage individual items such as books, equipment, tools, CDs, DVDs or any other such inventory items. You can manage borrowers, members, patrons, employees information on the borrowers database. Loan database helps you manage viewing, searching and check in check out transactions. Fine database manages fine transactions if and when required. For building you own system you simply customize the items and borrowers databases. Simple, easy-to-use: Ready-to-use templates and the user-friendly interface let you easily and quickly build your system and then manage your check in, check out transactions, inventories, borrowers, fine transactions and so on. You can access and view your check in/out transactions, members data, inventory data in virtually any way. View data in rows and columns or browser view as well as standard record viewers that help modify transactions or generate specific commands. Several report generation options lets you create quality and professional looking reports on transactions, summaries, web pages etc.

Cons: Like any kit based solution the solutions cannot be completely flexible but it provides the means of building solutions quickly.

Overall: This is a nice approach to creating quite a few common solutions required in an organization. This is certainly a 4 star package.
