That enables real time inventory control for reasonable cost. System works with desktop, SQL Server and web based databases.

This application is a complete inventory management system that can track purchases, sales and payments. It helps create vendors list, purchase orders, products list, receiving list, sales orders, invoices, sale & payment receipts. Work orders for creation of inventory assemblies, transfer order between locations, customer and vendor balances are some more documents that can be created and managed. Invoices can be linked to take the price data etc from existing quote or a sales order, use discounts, shipping and up to two types of taxes.. For tracking products bar codes in several different formats can be used and material tracked through them.

Invoices and PO’s have multi currency feature, four price levels for products can be managed. Real time balance of customers and vendors are maintained for a up to the minute picture. Reorder criteria can be defined and auto PO generation done. Reporting is quite elaborate. Export options include export of data to Excel and documents to PDF format. Export/import is facilitated through CSV, XML and QuickBooks besides Excel.

Back/restore facilities and access security control completes the picture.

Cons: No obvious shortcoming. The interface could have been more appealing graphically. Looks a little cluttered now.

Overall: This is an application with good features, in fact fairly extensive. This is good for 4 stars level.
