It`ll let you track finished product stock quantity and movement as the finished products are sold. There is a built in master editor that`ll let you store employee details, organizations (supplier, customer etc.) and material information such as how much was produced, what got shipped out etc. You should be able to list out queries, print or export master data and send out inventory data to a file. You obviously would need to control access to the data and the security can be set up at multiple levels. Product in/out historical data as well as material in/out data will let you do a lot of analysis and to keep the inventory minimized. For this purpose you would be able to derive real-time stock balance from the material being shipped in and products going out. Material quantity and the cost data will tell you the inventory cost similarly you can find out the product lying in store cost. For shipping details you are able to view specific organization details including contact persons. You can export listings in a number of formats. These include PDF, DOC, RTF and XLS. Back up your database as required. User access can be set up so that only those who have a need to know have access to specific functionalities.
