Attachments Forget Reminder is a powerful Microsoft Office Outlook Add-In. It scans each outgoing email and if it finds any of the specified key phrases (e.g., "see attachment" or "in the attached file") but no file is attached to the message, the program will give out a notification. It then asks you if you meant to attach a file before sending the email, giving you a chance to insert the attachment. The add in works with Plain Text, RTF, or HTML based email formats.
Easily enable or disable the add-in
Easy to install and uninstall the add-in
Supports many, many different keywords
Warns when sending blank subject
Works with plain text, RTF, or HTML based email formats

This Outlook add in works automatically and requires minimum settings for your writing style. You can edit the list of key phrases, delete them and create new ones. Attachments Forget Reminder is able to react not only to separate phrases but also to parts of single words. Attachments Forget Reminder is a powerful Microsoft Office Outlook Add-In. It reminds you if forget to add the attachments to the outgoing email messages.
Pros: Attachments Forget Reminder is a add-on program. It tries to guard against a situation that happens quite often and prove to be an embarrassment. One tends to hit the send key prior to attaching enclosures even though the body of the mails says so. This Outlook add on scans the mail for key phrases that appear in the mail body and then check if there’s actually an attachment. You can specify a list of these key phrases that will be searched by the program in the mail body. Phrases can be anything like “see attachments”, “attached” or any other typical phrase that you use in such situations. You can ask for the reminder in all cases as well as situations where there may already be some attachments included with the mail. It then asks you if you meant to attach a file before sending the email, giving you a chance to insert the attachment. Plain Text, RTF, or HTML based email formats can be used with the application. Editing of key phrases, adding, deleting etc are vital part of the functionality provided by this piece of software.
Enabling/disabling of the add-in is simple as is the installation. You can use a large number of keywords to make this fool-proof. The new content in messages forwarded or replied are checked. Standard files like vcard and other signature files are recognized by the application. The application is integrated into the Outlook tools.
Cons: Nothing particular noticed.
Overall: Truly a nice functionality. Choice of key phrases gives the software the true flexibility. Overall this is certainly 4 stars.
