This product does a slick job of making the classic default menus available. Note however, the menus provided are the DEFAULT classic menus Microsoft provided "out of the box". This product provides no ability to "customize" the classic menus; you cannot add, remove, or relocate tool bar buttons as you could with earlier MS Office versions. Also... this product does not restore the menu functions (buttons) available on earlier versions, that were deleted in Office 2007. For example... earlier versions of PowerPoint had buttons for increasing and decreasing line spacing that could be placed on any toolbar. These buttons are not available in Office 2007... and this functionality is not restored with this product.

As an intermediate user of Office I had one of those sinking heart moments when I first opened word and had to search for features that had been second nature - this software brought me a sigh of relief, it simply adds another "Ribbon" so all of the new features are still available and you can still locate stuff as you would in the older versions of Office. This is a great piece of software for anyone who is familiar with Office 95 and newer and now totally lost!
