Excel is the most popular and widely use format to store your information. Most of the time all the information are stored in the same excel document in different worksheets. If you want to separate all the sheets and save as separate Excel documents manually it is a time consuming task. Excel Sheets Separator helps you divide an Excel file of multiple work sheets into several new Excel files each containing one of the work sheets of the original one. This is a nice standalone utility that works without Microsoft Excel.

Select the Excel file you would like to split from the list, corresponding worksheets will be displayed on the right side pane of screen. You can uncheck the items in the list that you do not want to separate. Application provides you filename options to your converted excel file available as a drop down list, you can select option suitable to your requirement. Options are ‘Excel filename will be based on sheet name’, ‘Excel filename will be based on workbook name’ and ‘sheet name and Excel file will be 1.xls, 2.xls’ etc.
