CRM-Express Standard Edition is a low-cost high quality CRM program. Features include SMS abilities, Email Client, Calendar, Address Book, My work day, News Feeds, Meeting Planner, Company Library, Form Designer, Journal.

Pros: A very extensive package, CRM-Express Standard Edition is a well designed quality CRM program. CRM-Express can help to manage marketing, customers, sales and orders, invoicing, shipping and payment follow ups. All the functions are well integrated.

A well designed user interface on top of the screen area is organized by main menus on top, a middle area that has icons and texts corresponding to specific actions in the menu selected. A third line has some of the options available in the group. Language customization is available too.

E-mail correspondence with customers can be done from inside this package, uses MS outlook or Outlook Express. That way correspondence with a customer can be directly looked up.

Features include Calendar, Address Book, day planner, News Feeds, Meeting Planner, Company Library, Form Designer, Journal. Each of these features has a whole range of options as well as customization options.

Company library is the master list of all customer companies while the journal is the consolidated listing of all actions taken.

CRM-Express Standard Edition is a single-user version. The Professional version is available as a multi-user networked version.

Cons: I am not sure if news feed belong in this application. But, what that means is that one does not need to leave the application to read news, has a solid list of news sources. I guess, it is a matter of choice, not really any hindrance.

Overall: Truly useful and easy to use integrated application that can run a SME business quite well. This is one application that is so much better than very good level that it certainly rates 5 stars.
