It supports infinite number of resources (digital services, film services) and has a well-organized navigation system. It's perfect to plan working hours, keep track of scheduled appointments and orders. It'll store the information about clients, such as their address, telephone, email and comments. There are two viewing modes in the program: calendar with a vertical and horizontal timeline and a table view to help you get the general overview of the jobs. It's possible to create reminders to alert users about the things they should do. Available is an automatic search and auto-field filling for a client, who has already been entered to the database. You can view the information about payments, daily income for any day at any moment when you need it. For those people, who work in Microsoft Outlook, it's possible to synch data. Export of data is available to different formats: XLS, TXT, HTML, XML for its adaptation for other programs. In case of crashes or virus attacks, there is an auto backup function with a possibility to remove old archives automatically.

Features: This is an application that lets you set up a calendar of tasks for a team over a network. This is a schedule management tool for photo or video business. It lets you plan work hours, track the scheduled jobs/appointments as well as orders. Customer details can be collected that are necessary contact information such ass name, address, phone, mobile no etc., eMail address, preferences and comments as well. This data filling is assisted by auto search and auto field filling when details are already available in the database. The application will support unlimited number of services. One schedules tasks for each of these easily. The navigation is quite easy in either of the horizontal or the vertical viewing modes. You are able to get a overall feel of what`s going on in the shop quite easily. Overall income scenario also can be viewed as you check out daily payments or payments on the active jobs.
Users are able to set alerts/reminders when their services are due to start on an order. Data can be exported in any one of several formats that include XLS, TXT, HTML and XML. You would be able to synchronize data with MS Outlook if a team member prefers to work with Outlook. Auto back up and restore functions take care of any problems due to crash or virus attacks. Older versions of archives are removed automatically.
