Multiple companies can be supported and the tool can support multiple users. The tool can even be accessed over the web when the sales representative may be out on the road or working from home. The interface is quite intuitive. Controls are grouped functionally under multiple tabs that are account, contact, lead, to-do and event. In each tab, the controls specific to that tab are organized as a toolbar across the top of the main display area. Below the details displayed you have suitable controls for fresh entry. For example, under accounts tab, you get a list of existing accounts followed by how to enter new contacts. Details can be imported via CSV files. Reports can be generated by various filtering available, they can be printed, faxed or converted to PDFs. There is no way of integrating phone calls, net chat and such communication for interaction with customers and update of customer details. That would make a better customer service tool. Overall a decent tool, biggest feature being it is all free.
