The Finger is a joke program that will flash the cursor to a hand with the middle finger up and then back to the normal cursor again. By default The Finger will switch the cursor to a finger every 5 seconds, but you can configure how often the cursor will change. To close the program just move the mouse cursor to the top-left corner of the screen.
