Features: Volunteer Suite Ultra manages assets, locations, contacts, events, contributions and volunteer information for an organization. It bundles InTrek Ultra and MVP together. InTrek Ultra contains features of the Lite and Premium versions. InTrek Lite allows users to maintain location information, contact information and asset information into a database. Assets movement history is captured and stored in a asset history table. Updated history of that asset`s movements can be easily maintained. InTrek Premium contains additional features like user can create and store template information that can be retrieved at a later time. The use of templates helps speed up the data entry process of the application. The application can store an unlimited number of templates. Additionally attachments for assets and locations can be stored.
Users can define up to 20 additional data fields as required for both assets and locations. MVP allows the user to create, store and track notes and create and store attachments related to a particular volunteer/member. Attachments go into a database and can be viewed or retrieved at anytime. Versioning control of attachment information is maintained. This ensures that as volunteer documentation is update, updated attachment tracking can also is maintained.
