A GUI tool for converting between Gregorian (everyday) date and time and Modified Julian Date (MJD) and time.Includes 10 decimal place accuracy, frame accuracy, and millisecond accuracy, as well as decimal and DVB format MJD. (MJD is used in astronomy and digital broadcasting among other things, and is the adopted standard used by the likes of the IAU, DVB, and CCIR.)
