You can determine how many days, weeks, months, or years are between two dates. Day of the week for a given date, how many work days between dates are some more things that can be calculated easily. You can define count criteria, mark recurring holidays, copy/paste dates in a variety of formats, etc. The software could keep working on the system tray. The tool can save you time by of looking up a calendar manually.

The tool comes with such an extensive set of options that you need to take some time to get familiar with them. Most operations are helped by dialog boxes, so that entry of the required inputs is not much of an effort. Two calendars show on the display face. One shows the month related to the first date and the second monthly calendar is about the second date you are using. Marking of holidays is through a dialog box too. WinDate Calculator automatically marks dates as holidays based on your selections in this dialog window. Date copying is possible in one of many formats you can choose from in the dialog box. When counting dates you could choose to skip Saturdays and Sundays or skip holidays too. The window can be resized, if required, though there is a maximum size. It is a nice tool for a sometimes essential task.
