AnyCount is automatic text count software. AnyCount is automatic line count, character count and word count software for all common file formats.
Supported text count formats:
* Word count in DOC file format .DOC (Microsoft ® Word for Windows, Microsoft ® Word for Macintosh, other word processors).
* Word count in RTF file format .RTF (Microsoft ® Word for Windows, Microsoft ® Word for Macintosh, other word processors).
* Word count in WPD file format .WPD (WordPerfect text format).
* Word count in XLS file for Supported volume units: words, characters, lines, pages, custom count units. Text Count Software, Word Count Software, and Line Count Software.
After text count is completed, you can:
· view count results on the screen;
· sort results in columns;
· copy results to clipboard;
· print count results;
· export count results into .TXT format;
· export count results into Comma-Separated Text / Tab-Separated Text (.CSV format) (which can be opened by Microsoft Excel and most other spreadsheet software);
· export count results to .HTML format;
· export count results to MS Word format;
· export count results to MS Excel format;
· export count results to .RTF format.
AnyCount is Text Count Program, Word Count Program, and Line Count Program. New in Version 6.0:

When we write any document, we usually count number of words in document. You can count words for commonly used document like DOC file with Microsoft word. To perform a operation, you need to follow simple steps. In the first step, select file which you would like to get the count of and add to the list, add any type of files which are supported by the utility. In the next step perform common and specific settings. In common settings you have options such as skip numbers, show full path and force re-count of previously counted files. In the specific setting for count you have many options to include while counting words such as running header, footnotes, end notes, text boxes, shapes, ignore identical header/footers, embedded object, linked objects comments and hidden text. Application allows you to customize count units as characters with spaces and character without spaces, lines, pages and words.
