Features: Softswitch is a Software that bridges a PSTN and VoIP by linking PSTN to IP networks. It is able to manage not only voice but a mix of video as well. Soft switches are able to process the signaling for all types of packet protocols. Softswitch is a software-based switching platform as opposed to a hardware-based switching center technology. The all-in-one package contains, beside the Softswitch, VoIP Billing, Calling Card System, Call-Back System, Online Shop, IAX Solution, SIP Softphone and IAX Softphone. Adore Softswitch is based on the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP),which enables service providers to offer PC to Phone, PC to PC, IP Phone to Phone, and IP Device to Phone services with error free communication. All types of end points like Phone Adapters, Softphone, and IP phones can be registered in the Adore Softswitch.
IVR has extensive and flexible features. Caller Id, card number and SIP/IAX friend authentication is included. All calls to the IVR can be recorded. Free VoIP calls are available between the application users, calling card can be topped up via the IVR menu, advanced Card and Customer management; Creation; Edit; Search engine; batch update; Caller ID handling; Refill Cards. Least cost routing and least cost dialing are supported, progressively different and scheduled rates are supported too. Detailed reporting makes managing the business easy. Monthly & daily billing, earnings and mark up/margin reports, monthly traffic reports, daily load, call load compare with previous day etc makes managing the calling card business very easy.
Overall: Besides being a complete communication server that can support you by providing VoIP calls and integration with existing networks, it can support calling card business also.
