Address Book Recovery can restore accidentally deleted contacts, view the changes archived on the contact, restore the contacts from defective Address Book files (*.wab) and repair damaged Outlook Express Address Book store.

Pros: Address book recovery application helps recover address book data that has been corrupted due to virus attack or accidental/ unintended deletion of records. This program reads the windows address book format data and recreates the corrupted/deleted records. Contact data changes archives are read to find a known good point of the address record.

The application has a wizard that can be set up easily and that completes the process via a simple click on the recover button. The contacts restored with the help of the Address Book Recovery are easily exported/ saved in the Business Card (vCard) format. In general, the user interaction screen is easy to use and easy to learn too.

Cons: Some of the labels used are slightly misleading.

Overall, the application serves a useful purpose, is easy to use and easy to learn. A 4 star rating suits the package.
